Project Hope celebrated Project Hope Day at the French Cultural Center in Nablus.  The celebration was marked with a smorgasbord of Nablus specialties from maqluba to kunaffeh, as well as international treats prepared especially by PH volunteers, with dishes from Pakistan, Scotland, Morocco and France.  Along with Project Hope staff, local and international volunteers, and students, members of international delegations from Dundee, Scotland and Lille France, as well as local notables, also joined in the celebration of appreciation for Project Hope.  Guests were able to view a slide show of all of Project Hope’s activities and events throughout the past year.  Guests were also invited to purchase Zaytoun soap, copies of the new Project Hope graphic novel, or help themselves to a complimentary copy of Project Hope’s first aid guide, in English and Arabic.
